We pride ourselves on the system we use, it has been proven that it is not good working practice to fix PVCu fascia boards over timber, ‘capping’ the wood beneath. Our method of installation requires removal of all existing timber and replacement with solid PVC-u boards fixed directly onto the rafter ends, eliminating the risk of the timber ‘sweating’ and eventually rotting. Not only does PVC-u look good, it is a practical long term solution to rotten, unsightly fascia boards. In addition it is our policy to replace felt under the first row of roof tiles to provide a more secure, leak proof finish.
We are ‘Swish’ Approved Installers and we use the Swish total replacement fascia board which offers outstanding rigidity, allowing gutter brackets to be fixed at any point. Unlike the thin cappit boards used by so many of our competitors, this replacement fascia board requires no timber backing.
Our materials are attractive in appearance, totally impervious to water and backed by a 10 year guarantee. We offer a variety of styles and colours to suit the character of your property. The fascia boards are available in white, black, ash, wood-grain and light oak.
A full range of pre-ventilated, non ventilated and hollow tongue and groove soffits provides many different cost effective solutions. The pre-ventilated soffit features pre-ventilated slots and complies with NHBC and all current building regulations. Choices for guttering include the standard ‘half round, square line’, ‘deep flow’, and for the more traditional property the ‘Ogee’ decorative profile. All guttering and down-pipe ranges are available in white, grey, black and brown, connecting with other styles efficiently should a connection to and adjoining property be required.
